16" in anything +40 or more up until 0 offset should fit fine without scrubbing. landcruiser offset 15's (-25) will scrub when turning if you have a 10.5 wide tyre. I had landcruiser offset rims with 31x10.5 on 15" rims with the torsion bars slightly wound up. Finding 15 rims to clear the front break caliper isnt easy. Unless yours being 02 has slightly smaller then the 06 ones.
