I wouldnt say that much as above...

However what do you want and what do you mean by pump mods and for what vehicle.

Work out your power gains, if you want 150kw + yeah will cost around 10k do a nice job.

As basic costs are:
manifold 1k
intercooler 1.5k (for air/air only and good pipe work)
airbox $600
turbo 2k
pump major mods 3k ++
snorkel 4" $600
pipe work misc/custom lines 1k
fitting ? depends were you go
injects $150 per injector

Then you have engine mods on top....

standard turbo kits like axt/dts around 3k, intercooler another 1k on top, basic pump adjustment tune $300... that should be fitted... give or take a few hundred.
For all your HID and LED stuff

late reply, but I just had my GQ turbo'd. DTS kit supplied, fitted, tuned, drive away $3400
plus the cost of having the dump pipe connected to my existing 2.5" exhaust plus a new flex joint $100. I want to get a 3" exhaust before too long but this will do for now.
I also had the injectors replaced $450 - they were rooted when i had the injector pump done 12 months ago but I didn't have the coin to do them at the time.

made a huge difference to how it drives! no black smoke (was blowing heaps with the dud injectors) and heaps more power even at low rpms. I can't believe I drove it for 5 years as it was...

Safari kit is around $ 3900 fitted inc 3" exhaust plus $1900 for the intercooler installed.

Fair to say the clutch and cooling system should be working well, to save any hassles, and you should see around 100 rw kw and nearly double the torque.

How its set up will depend on what you want to use it for really, or how much power you want it to make, vs fuel used, vs reliability, vs budget.

no, I got it done by KM Diesel up here in Brisbane. They did my injection pump when it crapped out about a year ago so they may have looked after me a little with the price. It was the best quote I got up here and I was happy with their work and service when they did the injector pump so I didn't hesitate to take them up on it.

oh, and that price included an oil & filter change and 1000km check of all the nuts/bolts/fitings.

Jabs, I have the same kit on my GU.. have you checked the cast intake pipe where it joins the turbo intake? Mine was jammed on cos it didnt fit and subsequently pulled away on one side.. Turbo ended up full of crap and I dare say the engine did too. AXT basically said bad luck.

Engine mount needs to be modified for it to fit correctly.
