350's are Legal and as I said there are heaps of them around. Maybe Just GQ Brakes?
Use the auto and Nissan t-case till it blows up then get the Adaptor to the GQ case. HEAPS Stronger!

can use same adpater that the 350 uses to standard 5 spd?
With alomst 30yrs difference in the motors I'd be guessing that they've changed the bell housing bolt patteren on the motorside.
The bolt patterns of 350/ls1 are almost exactly the same. From memory, there is a change of 1 or 2 bolt holes.... this is on the manual 6 speed they come with, but I believe the patterns of 6 sp and auto are the same.
