insurance?
Re: insurance?
your car is unroadworthy if your running any of that in Qld. So dont bother with insurance.
35s are no go and neither is 3-5inch lift in Qld.
plenty of threads on insurance and pitfalls.

All this is a grey area, I have 33's and am told by my specialised insurer that its all good, I also spoke to them about taking off swaybars, same story, the only thing about swaybars is that they won't cover them for theft if their stolen whilst off the car.
The 3" lift has also been given the thumbs up and I'm told that they have customers with larger lifts with no probs.
OH, and I live in QLD.
DOT might ping me, but apparenly my insurance is legit and above board!
Dano.
