fj40 rust repair

hi all.
the rust in the rear quarter panels of my 1984 fj40 is starting to get worse and worse. i have now decided it is time to start to act and try and fix this problem. before i do so, i wanted to try and get as much info as i could on doing so. if anyone has had experience in doing this, would you please be able to share with me what you have done.
picctures would be great to get a mental image of what needs to be done.

It's very difficult to do as a lot of the rust is in area where there is two panels folded over each other, the moisture and crud has gotten in between the panels and rusted them out from inside.

Its just a little more work than one plate its one plate inside and one outside, seal it up properly too.
