I have a solid front end hilux and decided to replace the wheel bearings while i am doing the swivel hubs.

Going to sound rather daft here but are they the wheel bearings in that kit cause i was assuming they would be for the swivel hubs and a bit larger?

Also just got the hubs off and have come across a huge nut (passenger side). Would this be left or right thread? Also, would it be ok to get this off with a drift of some sort? I don't want to fark the nut but she's on tight. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

52mm nut- you can buy a socket on ebay for around $25. If you fark it, its expensive to replace, and if it comes undone, your stub axle can fall off!AHF01U wrote:Cheers yamaha 308.

the nut shouldn't be tight there is a locking washer with bits that are folded up against the edge of the nut you will need to bend this out of the way before you can undo it.
