Unless it was a trail rig only, I couldn't handle something annoyingly slow lol...

Shame we're in different states. We could have a live 'pissing contest'

When i went to larger MT/R's, lift, extra accessories (weight) etc, that increased to about 11-12 seconds. However since i had the diff gears done it's now back down to about 10 seconds.

cheers
I guess my TJ is a little tired ..

Stock 4 Litre straight 6
Manual
33/10.5R15 BFG Mud's on steelies
4.56 diff ratios

Counting in my head (so massively inaccurate) I estimated about 13-15 seconds.

but even though you've got a higher ratio you're still running a pretty big tyre. I drive a little hatchback sometimes and on the flat it blows the jeep for 0-100klm but as soon as you hit a steep hill the jeep pulls away with it's better torque while the little hatchback engine dies. Better ratios let that beast of an engine TJ's have unleash it's awesome torque  but not so many kw's

cheers

Thats partly true, jeep also has heavier flywheel, taller tyres etc add to rotational mass and can actually help in the way described.

Once the bigger rubber goes on the time will double, I can almost guarantee that

For those of you interested in stock car figures, here's some times from my modified car.. :?

What ECU are you running it off?

I'm struggling with the tune on mine, tried to do it with the stock ECU but it's giving me dramas, as expected.

I have been thinking Adaptronic, with two seperate tunes, one for each fuel. $ is the prob though....

No ECU in patrols the RB30's come with electronic dizzy and that's it, I have the Gas research throttle body and setup complete, with twin converters it can support about 360KW at the wheels (more technically but to be safe) so I'm setting up a motor to make a bit over 300RWKW using the research system...

18 years ago on my 'L' plates in an 81 cruiser tabletop pulling a trailor load of sheep (totally illegal), I attempted doing a 0-100.
So far it has been 18 years and still counting...

Me Gu on 38 swampers takes a couple of minutes... and both sides of the road.
