AFAIK 2" suspension is as far as you can go being full independent suspension and monocoque chassis. I've done a few at work with the TJM 2" kit and they ride nicely, however i wouldn't be going much higher as suspension travel would be very limited and stiff. This will accommodate a 32" tyre or the metric equivalent. Unless of course you want to take an angle grinder to your brand new car.

As the 2 we've done were both dealer cars, then i would say no.

Did this on my old NS shorty.
Ran lovells springs and struts/shocks - gave around 75mm lift.
285/75/16's fitted with bugger all rubbing too.

Wasnt too bad offroad, but sold it due to lack of time to use it.

Might have some pics somewhere too.

I wouldn't leave it to long from what I hear the shorty will be no more in Oz soon.

It should be ok. The dealers are holding 10 years supply of shorties!! I am no genius but they waaay overestimated the sales here.
