Suzuki Baleno Tail light fault

Post by Blakestone »

Hi,

I've run into a bit of a problem which I'm not able to solve.

My missus has a '99 suzuki baleno, 1.6 manual.

It has an electrical fault in the passenger tail light where the tail light
indicates/flashes along with the indicator but only when the head lights are on at the same time.

The park light does not flash when the head lights are off.

I have replaced all the bulbs on that side, I have also swapped the tail light relay by swapping with with another. None of these things seem to make a difference.

Any ideas on what I should check next would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Thanks for the tips gents.

I ended up fixing the problem by tee-ing off another ground as I wasnt able to easily find where the tail light was grounded, I would have had to pull up interior liners/dash
