i don round 80kms at 120 kmh
and they were red hot to touch
i have just done the bearings does this mean there too tight?
both sides are the same
car handles great no noises etc

they are going to be fairly warm for a little while after putting in new grease as the new grease is sticky and has alot of sheering properties that create friction thus heat.
But if they are "red" hot than its probably a bearing preload issue.
