Oh how she has been changing!

So far I've:

Chopped the tray
Image

Fitted 42" XM27's
Image

Fitted crawler gears - 328:1 reduction
Image

Overkill added the winch
Image

And the new seats
Image

Harnesses and roll-over protection are going as well.

Things left to do:
  • New canopy
  • Lockable tray storage
  • Replace 12 amp generator with 80+ amp 24v alternator
:D

:? :? :?
Factory EMP shielded generator is only 300W (12 amp at 24v). Winching + extra lights will need a little more juice than that...

You can find them bolted to my gearbox

They will only fit a Unimog. There are a few sets floating around on Ebay...

Saw the snow camo one on Awaba st (turning right on to spit rd) coming up from Balmoral last weekend. Gave you a beep and a wave from the missus' Liberty with obnoxious exhaust.

As Ive said previously, these things look killer in person.

Best place to buy one overseas would probably be Expedition Imports - shipping is cheaper from the US west coast than from Europe.
