holden 5ltr into gq
search my friend, search!
there will be plenty of info on GQ 5.0l conversions!
im getting a smicked up 5.0l put in my GU next mon, so i can let ya know how i (dad) goes putting it all together!
i think it would be cheaper keeping the holden auto and im thinking the GQ is easier doing the wiring then on a GU from what the auto elects said who done my loom and ecu!
you should also put your flame suit on
you my get burned

Then maybe you should put an engine transplant on hold..tanz-e wrote:and spend as little as possible as im on apprentice wages...
It wont be cheap, and wont be as cheap as you plan, and then you end up with a V8 to run. Many threads say the same thing...
And lastly, you admit your in over your head... truely not a great combination.
