tank

Post by Andy »

Thanx , 200 bucks sounds great , I'm guessing that would be for the spare tank , how many LTRs , would another fuel pump be needed or is it a gravity thing :?: :?: :?: what would a replacement tank be worth :?: :?: :?: Our big-rig isn't as high as Andrews so I'm not sure is an auxiliary is the way to go :( :( :(

replacemant !!!!

Post by moose »

nah , thats a replacement tank !!!!!
how many litres do you want ?????
on besty,s , it just runs a single vn pump !!!!!
but by the sounds of it , might have to install a pre pump (low pressure) & a surge tank !!!!!!!

tank

Post by Andy »

I would like a replacement tank about 100ltr's , Andrew has the obvious clearance for the spare tank ( you could fit a Mac truck under it. ) But if an auxiliary is the cheapest option there is some room on the drivers side directly under the rear seat

Originally, there was a long range tank made for the Feroza's.....100L but as a replacement tank only.

So by that reasoning.....you shouldn't have too much of an issue installing a custom 100L tank.

Kev's tank is good......make it drop in using original mounts.....freight shouldn't be too much...not compared to buying a 100L Brown Davis Long Range tank for the Feroza.

Weren't you quoted $750 for a tank ??
