I sold my worked cherokee and have massive withdrawals.
I dont want another jeep, one was enough.
Im looking for economy and a combination of onroad and off road abilities.
Comfortable ride and preferably and auto.
I like the look of the pajero's.
So where to start.
Ive looked around and read a lot.
The shortys look great, but are they a chppy ride like all shortys?
how hard is it to get parts and are they comparitvely priced?
An auot V6 or Diesel....I just dont know where to start.
And my budget is 5k max.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Looking to get into a Pajero - Cheaply
Moderator: -Scott-
For the vintage of vehicle you're looking at all diesel autos are grey imports (or local conversion?) - Mitsubishi Australia didn't sell a diesel auto Pajero until the release of the DiD.
Most of the parts are still the same, but some items (such as the air filter?) can be hard to find for the import 2.5.
And I think that one is over-priced - from memory, one of our members sold his Gen2 V6 with mods for not much more ($5.5k?), so I would advise to keep looking.
Would you consider a J-Top?
