6g72 water leak

hey peoples my 6g72 paj has a water leak out of the pipe for the heater hose! the pipe looks like the 1 that runs thru to the water pump under the plenem chamber! can i replace the pipe without taking engine out

You can remove the plenum and inlet manifold to replace it. Are you sure its leaking from that pipe? Is there coolant leaking from the rear of the valley? If so, its probably the water pump. The waterpump leaks and fills up the valley between the 2 heads and leaks down the back. Have a look at the timing case from underneath and i dare say you will see coolant there also.
