HI all,
Ive been looking around at doing a LPG install on the old Hilux. Its got a 22r carby engine in it. I have a couple of questions. I was going to look for a second hand tank and get it fitted up. Should be around $2000 which I would get back with the government rebate.
My couple of questions are, is it worthwhile to get a second hand tank and are there any issues with running it on dual fuel instead of straight gas?
I'll be putting the tank on the ute tray up the front so it fits the larger tank and also means its out of harms way whereas if it was to be fitted underneath, I'd have to use a smaller tank.
If I convert the car to EFI at a later stage (using the EFI system out of a Corona) will it have any affects on the LPG system?
Thanks
