hilux overdrive question

Post by TOY-08V »

G'day guys, just a quick question, does anyone know if i could buy something like a rockhopper gear set that has a reduction in low but an overdrive in high for the transfer ?
Im running a holden 5L with a th400 and standard hilux transfer case and am looking at doing a th700 conversion but just researching if there is another way around it to get a slightly better freeway cruise ratio

Not on a hilux they dont. Its not possible as they drive straight through the transfer in High range. Landcruiser it can be done but not Hilux.
