hey guys, ive got a 93 paj on patrol i went for a bit of a 4b this weekend half way up the climb i looked down the temp gauge if high so i come to a flat spot pop the hood and there is water pissin out of the radiator cap but the water is also boiling i no that i need a new cap but why is it boiling so much?

Because your cooling system isn't up to scratch or you have a head gasket issue.

i just replaces 3 heater hoses afew weeks ago what other problems can it be?

Radiator, Radiator cap, Thermostat and Water Pump all need to be checked. I'd start with the thermostat and radiator cap, they're the cheapest. Any of these items being faulty will cause your engine to overheat and blow water and steam out the radiator cap.

the seal from the header tank is wreaked. all fixed atm
