i'm looking at putting Rancho 9000XL shocks in my lux just wanna know if any one has them and if they are any good.

yeh they are great i have been using them for 4 years and have held up great...

Though on a leaf sprung hilux you will not find any benefit to have adjustables as i does not help much with the leaf springs IMOP

I had rancho 5000's all the time and only went 9000's on the rear when i went coils to controll the bounce when towing.

Just my opinion but.

I'm running the 9000's on my 60 series landcruiser with rock crawler leaf springs, I also opted for the incab adjsutment set up. Makes a huge difference, strongly recommend the incab. Only negative is the connections for the air lines but have not broken one yet.

G`day,

Is the pope a cathlic..... rancho`s are real good. a mate has them on his GQ and swears by them for both comfort, and adjustability... :D
