The install price seems ok to me, if its done by qualified mechanic, and comes with a warranty.
I would talk them down on the price of the locker though.

maybe $383 to fit the centre that u have removed.

as mentioned above through a diff joint it was 330 to put it into my center, ie carry in the center once you have removed it. which for the rear is a piece of piss but for the front its a bit more work, easy once you have done it a few times but slow the first time.
