Terrano Snorkel

Post by Offroad-Events »

Took some time to get it on the truck since everytime I had one in stock it was sold before I could fit it
This time I was faster than my customers and put it on right away out of the box

There is a snorkel that will fit the Terrano 2. My Dad had one on his when he had it.

IIRC It was for a Ford or something, ill see is I can find the info again.
98 on Courier or Bravo snorkel, for some reason I was told by TJM to use the Courier model as there is a slight difference.

Ill call Dad later to see if he can remember. I think it was an Airtek but where be brought it from wouldnt fit it, he had to go to a specialist 4wd place who were happy to do it.

Gibson Airflow S93 (that's the one I have)
TJM Airtek for the Ford Courier / Mazda B2500
Safari SS950HF

Those are the one that fit from the body lines. You have to build the air routing from the snorkel to the air filter box with flexible hose (80mm dia.), but that's no big deal at all.

Dad bought his at ARB so it must have been a safari unit.

Thanks all for your help -
I have finally tracked down which snorkel fits - thabnks heaps to Glen at Townsville TJM and Shaker - apparently Glen at Townville TJM used to fit heaps to the Terrano II's in Townsville a sno-one would buy them up ther without a snorkel.
It is a tjm snorkel for Courier turbo diesel '99 on.
Part number 011SAT0121P.
Called TJM here on Sunshine Coast - $495 plus fitting.

Puts an end to along sage - but thanks again to all involved.
