Tubbing, guards etc on street registered vehicles. Early 90's b2600/triton/rodeo...... that sort of thing.

does it have an inner and outer guard arrangement like the hiluxes, or a spot welded seam like the sierras?

It looks like inner/outer. Have never taken notice of the hilux or zooks. Inner side of guard is single. From the centre of the guard outwards is another peice welded and joins at the lip with the body.
