taking the boat and 4by upto 1770 and camping at pancake creek so ive been told sofar to have plenty of cow patties

Is there any good fishing spots around there

Caution . One minute your cruising in nice clear water then all of a sudden rock ledges come out of nowhere trying to eat your prop.

Great place other than the fright of hitting motor

There are some nasty midgies there so bring Bushmans bug repelant. Aerogard & rid has no effect there. Bring citronella candles or lanterns too.

As Short Stuff mentioned, watch out for rocks. Especially during the lower end of the tide. Luckily the water is crystal clear there so you can pick them easy enough. The fishing up the creeks near pancake is awesome. Bring really good bait and get livies when you are there.

I normally camp at the middle creek campground in Eurimbula Nat park. You can park the boat in the water straight out from your camp.

Theres a fair few tracks to explorer there as well. The "Left hand" track to Turkey Beach is a doozy in the wet. :D
