Greasable Shakles / Pins are they worth the cost

Will soon be due to replace bushes on landcruiser springs, Is the added expence of greasable units warented? I can see the convienence of a couple squirts of grease when doing other grease points but is it realy worth the expence of replacing the pins and shakles?
Also were to buy? if so! I dont require extensions. Standard length is fine.
I spend a bit of time on dirt and corrigations, Don't get the brakes wet often.

Greasable shackles and Urenthane bushes make a HUGE difference!

Worth every cent!!!

Before the Mav', I had an LN65 Hilux dual cab. When I eventually got around to putting on the lifted springs and shox, I tossed up about std shackles and pins or greasables. I chose the latter and it made a world of difference.

The suspension actually worked for a change!!

One of the springs still had the shackle frozen in it. I hit with a 2kg dump hammer and it didn't move it!!

Go the greasable shackles AND pins AND poly bushes, you won't regret it.

They're not expensive all, you should be able to buy all the shackles and pins for under $150, and when you consider they will dramatically extend the life of your bushes they are cheaper in the long run. I've found the EFS shackles to be well priced and of good quality.

I agree they are worth it. Not a lot of extra money. What car is it for? If a hilux and you are looking for extended shackles at the same time I would buy from

Both great to deal with. You should be able to get the bolts through any suspension shop though.
