I got a Clicking noise coming from the front diff when engaged and turning..
Has any one had this problem, im thinking its the CV

If not they need to come out to look at diff side gears anyway .
Ya wont have to pull the center or the hub or brakes for that matter ..
Take off ya free wheeler then the circlip on the axle shaft then pull out the top and bottom swivel pins and the wiper seal and its retainer then just take the whole swivel housing off and get the CV out that way its alot less buggering around than taking off the brake caliper ,rotor and hub then stub axle ...

but bloody heavy, you can also do it leaving the swivel hub on so no king pin bolts which can be a bitch, just take off the disk / stub axle off and slide it on out.lokka wrote:Ya wont have to pull the center or the hub or brakes for that matter ..

either either work, its not that bad a job. takes a while the first time, but taking less every time.
