gday ppl, well finally got the lux ute home and now have some codes off the fire wall i need help with pls...

01/86 Year model i know lol
model - YN65R-MRQ
2446cc
trans G52
axle G252

if i were to differ any of these would it be a problemn to register...many thanks

Any factory fitted engine of that erra can be fitted with no hassles
(later model included up to the 2.8 Turbo Diesel not sure about the 3L up there)
provided there are no Body or chassis modifications, you'll still need to inform Main roads of the change in engine number,.

However if you want to change the number of cylinders even if the same or smaller Displacement (RB25 for example) you'll need to have it engineered

Gearbox, basically the same story, if it bolts in you can use it.

As to axles, as long as the track width is the same and the brakes are the same or better there's no issue. if you want to increase your track width by more than 25mm you'll need to have it engineered
