Tray rust - How do you clean it up?
hey hey
Just wondering what methods are out there of brightening up a ute tray as some of the paint has been chipped away and is starting to rust... its a weld body not a steel tray...
I was thinking just sanding it back (just on the affected areas) and putting sum rust spary on it/spraypainting it white.. then buying a tray matt or sumthing..
in other words i really have no idea haha..

weld body? as in style side or tub back? its just like any other panel. so if you do part of it it will look a bit off but as mentioned above, sand / wire wheel most of the rust away. the rust convert it and paint over the top again.supersean89 wrote:hey hey
