First up, on the two pin plug, if it was wired up correctly originally there will need to be a 12v supply on one to excite the windings, the other is a signal to the warning light on the dash, check there is a 12v feed first, if not check the ignition fuses on the drivers side inner gaurd. also can't help noticing the wire for the oil pressure sender is missing, make sure something's not mixed up

Well, that looks ok, in the fuse/relay panel on the Drivers side gaurd there's a main fuse for the chargine circuit, check that. other than that, bit hard to tell without actually seeing it.

lol mate you got some re-wiring to do.

i think you might be putting power to your fuel guage wires.
when you relocated the battery did you run the wores along any other wires? possibly fuel sender wires?

or maybe pull the fuse out that you replaced and see if the guage works then. If it does its the charge light/ignition shorting on the guage.
Pull the wires of the fuel sendor and see if the guage changes. Maybe the floats siezed.

i ran the battery cables along the chassis rail and also that's where the fuel sender wires are so maybe the joiner has come apart there possibly?
will check that first then check what gauge does when take the fuse out.

disconect both ends of the wiring , guage end and sender end and go a continuity check , shorts to ground and power if no faults are detected with the wiring you may have a crook guage as you said you already tested the sender
