N13 is independant front and rear.
Best bet would be to put in some coil spacers, not very big though. perhaps an inch. So you dont lose too much downtravel. Your existing springs would have about an inch of sag in them anyway.
Then you need to put spacers between the top coil hats and where they bolt to the body. Build them offset to cater for the change in camber you'll get by lifting.
Youll end up with the same suspension travel as factory. Sick.
Youll have issues with front CV angles though I think. And possibly brake line length.

What year is it? Is it a S1 or a S2 N13? rear S1 N13 had 25mm lower struts but a longer spring than S2 models. Use S2 struts with the longer S1 springs should give 25-50mm lift over stock. Upfront use N14 GTIR struts, which are higher than N13 struts and bolt straight up. Maybe N14 stock struts work aswell. ALOT of N13/14/15 stuff is interchangable.
going for a lot of that ^^^ intend for this to become a mudbash buggy and race against that very vehicle... altho i havnt seen that one for a cpl years nowchikoroll_ wrote:Going for a bit of this?

i was thinking some sorta spacer between the coil hat and where it mounts. and a bit of angle grinder action. interesting that the N14 front end fits up, will have a look into that also.
Yom - not to worried bout the CV's, they can be changed if the break, and the brake lines extended.
what do you mean by build the spacers offset? i understand that the camber will change, but cant picture in my head how building them offset will fix this... any chance of a little drawing??
