Looking at the picture of the fulltime transfer, I'd have to say no.
The case is totally different from the part time and doesn't have any facility that i can see to add a low range facility.
It would be easier to adapt a case of something else - and that would still be a huge job.

its a pity really as full itme 4x4 would be great IF it had low... but......
Were there many of the full times sold in Europe, AFIK there were none officially brought to Australia.
If he's going to do a change to part time then put an auto in - it will help make up for the modest low range reduction.
