HELP -which model hilux diffs should I run for Hi steer etc

Post by kyzermattingley »

I actually own a Rocky now and am looking at putting some Hilux diff's/housings etc under it

I have a diff codes chart so I can look at what ratios each car is running, not too fussed on ratios atm.

Just want to know which model had the best set up (steering/Hi-steer etc), so it can donate all its goodness my way

Any help would be much appreciated, cheers

Er, Hi-steer is bought as a separate thing to the diffs. Lux diffs came out with a J-arm that was shit. If you want to run cross-over you could get a flip arm (60s 40s, all run the same steering arms), but once again, it's a separate purchase.

Time and effort wise, you are miles ahead getting a hi steer kit off www.locktup4x4.com.au and calling it good.
