is your lwb a 1l or 1.3l
if its a 1.3l its just the same as any other g13b conversion, search and you will find plenty on it , it will fit your stock gerbox (the most recent one has a lot of asterix and says MK1 G13B etc)
if its a 1l than look up in the sierra bible christovers 1l to 1.3l conversion
Many will probably encourage you to leave the g13 alone and go straight to the 1.6l , i'm not a fan of adaptor plates and say go the g13b
just remember that most of the power upgrades for the DOHC are aimed in the 6000rpm+ vicinity (but with some thought you could make it work in the >5000rpm vicinity)
