Notched valve stem used with Stauns

Post by WRXZook »

Can someone tell me if the valve stem used to pump the tyre up (not the Staun) is a special item or available at tyre retailers. Where can I get them from?

Thanks

You will need to run a grinding disc though the back of it to put the groove in it.

Well.... I have been to 6 places in Liverpool area and called a couple of 4x4 places and can't get one. They all say you can't get the metal fittings anymore, or have never seen one before.

Just talked to Pete at OPW and sent him some pictures so hopefully he can put me onto some.

Any place that sells mag wheels should have them.

I tried Ozzy tyres which is a big seller of high end mag wheels and no go, but will also try others tomorrow depending on Pete's reply. Thanks anyway.

Ring Ryano at Fourbys and I'm sure he'd be happy to mail them to you. He will definately have them.
