neally everything , im no landcruiser man but a can tell ya there wider weaker , have bigger brakes so they wont take a 15" rim and they changed the stud pattern to a 5 stud
i think the center is simular though

80 series from 11/92 on and 100 series brakes are the same size. Front calipers are pretty similar but not sure if they interchange, don't knwo about back. My understanding though is they are pretty much the same thing except the hubs are set up for 5 studs, assuming we are talking 105 series (both live axles) not sure if 105 are different to get the extra width

ZIf you want to swap cw and pinion, you need to use a different carrier, chnage carrier bearings, and swap axle splines, fitting an ARB locker can fix the splines, by chnaging the side gears to the correct axle spline.

The diff pumpkin is different (the center ) it is a different type size etc the brakes are similar to late 80 series the stud pattern is different

there are 2 different track widths as well ifs and live front (100 and 105)

So does that mean the centre from an 80 (not sure what year it is) won't bolt into a 100 housing?
Also are there 80s axles the same in length as 100s? I'm only interested in rear diff info too.
