Rear diff Oil Viscosity

Hey, I know this has been touched on a few times but cant seem to find what im after, the car has 315,000 kms so just wandering whether i should use a 80w-140 LSD oil or a 90w LSD oil in the rear diff?

yea mate 85w 140 oil is suppost to be used in the rear diff mate
GQ LWB TD42, boost, lockers etc

am running an oil called 'cruiser 140' in mine and it is now the tight as - works a treat!

as for if it is bad for it or not i am sure someone will add somethin if its a big no no? also mine has 390 k's

We use a straight 140 in units with bigger tyres, more horsepower normally.

In std tyred retiree's vehicles we sometimes use a 85-90 instead, in our colder climate.
Supercharged 80 SOLD - "OPERATION SANDY" now in effect.
