I'm goign through my gregorys book and it says that some of the hiluxs came with an LSD, how do I find out is mine has it without pulling the diff apart? it's the sr5 yn67 model with a 4y engine 1986.

hilux sr5 4x4 has an LSD?

LSD sticker on housing if its still there. Or jack up the wheels and spin one with the gear box in neutral, the other wheel will spin the other way if its open center or same way if LSD. LSD may as well be open center, Ive tried shimming but when it comes to the hard stuff it may as well not be there.
