Endless Air Install.

Post by MadGQPatrol »

hey guys, decided to fit the old KDS-15BH fatory aircon compressor out off my old GQ that im wrecking, as an endless air system.
iv got some info from a chap off Patrol4x4.com... he gave me this site http://www.mcs.net.au/~grungle/endlessair.html. In that it shows how to mod a sandel aircon pump. what i want to no is, is that mod able to be done with the KDS-15BH and has anyone got info on this pump being installed. the other thing is that grungle set up looks like both his set ups show the power steering pump on the left side off the motor.

hope someone can help!

More than likely a SD508 but can be SD507 and SD510. SD5H14 is later model no for the SD508 but basically you need to look for a compressor that is a single ended piston compressor, which all these are

yeah the compressor u have will work fine, but i used 3/8 double braided hyd hoses for my supply line to the tank to 1 handle the heat on the oulet side, and 2 to allow better flow to run rattle guns ect. make sure u put a check valve in the supply line to stop backpressure onto the compressor when not in use.

If you need replacements parts or want a genuine "EndlessAir" compressor, you should checkout www.endlessair.com.au
