Ironman shock problem

ARGHH

Got my truck back from shop this morn (getting my exhaust done) and he says you shockie is allmost rooted, im like what nah mate the new (2 weeks old tops) so he shows me and sure enough, drivers side tie rod end has allmost worn threw the shock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can anyone tell me why this is so?? i will be pulling them out in the morning to put old crap ones back in for now, i will grab some pics then so people can see. but in mean time i ask why!? why has this done this, the truck is a 93 TFS rodeo

Anyone else had problems and sorry if theres a heap of tyepos but im in a hurry as im about to go to work

The diameter of the shock is larger than the original.

Slightly different clearances from right to left for whatever reason causing the tie rod end to rub the shock.
Don't ask me, ask them. I'm just runnin for my life myself.

:P lol at replies, I know its to close but why..... or do all deo owner just have to buy new shocks every 2 weeks hahahaha. I have emailed the company and they think its strange I have to email them pics, which I will do in the morning, could be just a case of they sent the wrong part or the fact that ironman has made them a bigger bore with out realising. Guess I will find out 2moro.

In mean time has anyone else had problems with them?

Well suprise suprise
Cutting corners by putting cheap thaiwanesse knock offs and they fail
Mine lasted a little longer I got 5 months
Manuels= 4wd,cars,bikes,guns,trucks,race cars
Automatics=washing machines,dish washers,fridges

If they were the foam cell that might explain it there alot wider

Doesn't sound like its the shock itselfs fault, any shock would wear if its got a metal component rubbing on it all the time....and no I don't use Ironman.
