Post by Red Rover »

Who is the best dealer in brissy for these ie service & price. I wanna try a set as a comparo to the 35 inch claws I have. I am interested in what kms are acheiveable on a set on a GQ, unless someone can tell what sort of wear they have had from them?

Thanks

excellent tyre. much better in the wet as they are a softer compound than the claws as the lugs are wider and won't rip as easy as if the claws had soft compound. really good on wet rocks as well

Just put a set on last week. So far very happy. Quiet on road, plent of grip in the wet, very good on the rocks and mud arround Toolangi last weekend.
This morning some moron pulled out in front of me as I was doing 65km down hill. I braked hard and swerved arround him and managed to miss the car next to me, there was a lot of contoll (it was in the dry). :bad-words:

i got a set on my hilux and they have done 62,000 so far with heaps of skids etc. alot of places arent stocking them ne more as they are too expensive.

if you are dead keen on them, Arctic cool treads can get them for a good price.

I had a set of 37-14-15 claws and compared to my 37-15-15 Ex-terrains i love the Exterrain's . They work well offroad have excellent side lugs and drive on the blacktop and gravel roads like a allterrain. As for milage it wasn't a concideration for me.
