GU sub pump

Post by Slug »

Morning gents, Small problem with the transfer pump in my 99 GU in that it seized the other day and required a little percussion to get working again...

Has anyone replaced the pump with an aftermarket item or what would be a reasonable choice? I guess it doesn't have to be fast, just reliable! Brother has suggested a Holley Red/Blue (Not sure if they will fit inside the factory 'cage') alternatively, a Facet Red?

Cheers
Dan

you would be better off with a facet pump, holley red and blue dont like drawing fuel, have to be lower than the tank, which can be a pain.
spoken to nissan to see what a replacement is? if its only a 100 dearer than a facet pump, probably worth it for the convenience
