what do you need is for?
Do you want it because you have a NT and are running a vitarda box and transfer?
Do you have a WT transfer case and NT diffs?
Do you want it for parking? or for general use?
Inline hydraulic handbrakes are not very legal and also once they are ON if you push the brakes are a real bitch to get off.
Bit more info and we get to help you better

If you just want a handbrake that will actually hold you on a hill attach your handbrake cable to your brake pedal.
To stop the brake lights from coming on wire a realy in with your park brake switch. This way when you pull on the handbrake your tail lights turn off.
Not roadworthy but it works.

If it's a comp truck, do the mod suggested by Jim above - handbrake onto footbrake pedal.
