You have no money, you cant afford to own it in reality. Sell it and buy something you can afford to own.

You could remove sand and repaint your wipers again...
drive it. Why do you think you have to mod it? What have you found it to be bad at? What doesn't it do that you want it to do better?
Seriously you really need to get out there and drive it and figure out what it does well and what it doesn't do well and then mod it to fix the problems.
Another option would be sell the illegally large tyres and use the money to buy some better offroad tyres.
I'd go front & rear bars and sliders when you can afford it then maybe a winch it will get you out of more sh#@ than lockers they will just sink it. IMHO.
