I haven't checked the wreckers. Tipper trailer came off today whilst winching because the boys overloaded it 1200kg+ in a 750 trailer.

Insurance excess is $400, holmart do these for $330 http://holmart.com.au/online/prod2070.htm which seems better value then s/h or insurance

Wreckers are so rough with parts they generally look worse then what you are repairing. I'll give them a call though. I really wish there were some good wreckers around but I am yet to see one that cares.

cheers bru

A dealer may have a whole tub around if they have put an alloy tray on one...

Woo my first post!

FTG Auto Salvage in Melb for sure, ive bought heaps of stuff off them for my old BA they deal in Both new and used parts, and the new stuff is normally cheaper then cost.

Also jump onto fordforums.com.au for 2nd hand parts.

A friend of mine bought a spoiler for a el xr6 from them and when it arrived it had snapped so they happily sent him a new one at no extra cost so they are definitely a good dealer and they aren't like other wreckers!
