I wouldn't bother. Add-A-Leafs aren't a great way of dealing with suspension problems IMHO.

Just get some springs with the lift or load carrying capacity you require.

Add a leafs are crap, had a set, whilst they initially lifted the rig, they turned the main leaf into a W shape, and caused the truck to sag again in only about 6 months. So dont bother.
Go to a spring place, get longer/recurved main leaves instead. Cost more, but you'll only spend the money once.

I think that they are expensive for what they are. Better to put the money towards a new set of springs.
