we ripped the diff center out off the green rig and put it in the toe rig to get us home . fixed both rigs on thursday night ,went wheelin on sunday to test it out and make sure every things workin . nelly put the rig on its side again ,now it wants fall over all the time

Yeah it was previously cracked by the looks of it. I have got it all back together again and will carry a spare input with me because i should be able to fix this if it snapes again on the trail in around 1-1.5hrs. Its heaps easier than an output shaft.
Im also currently talking to Marlin about going to a 23spline input so depending on price i may go this way or just install a LT230 behind the front case. Its a fairly simple conversion once a hilux T case has been there but this setup cases a few other problems. Yours will only be slightly harder due to the output on the Auto.
At the moment i will just see how it goes and if i get another 6months out of this set up i prob wont bother changing.
