just wondering if 285/75/16 fit a stock gq? if not how much lift will i need?

what is the biggest size that will fit?

what offset rim will be needed?

Hmm... GQ don't have much space, but 2" shoud do it, at least that's what I've seen working ok.
factory rims ok. If you go 12.5, then you may have to change rimms to 0mm or put a 10mm spacer.
Either way, once you start running your new shoes you will know if trimming is needed or not.

hey mate cheaper way 33x12.5x15 on cruiser offset rims with 2 inch lift not a problem

mate just after i got my gq i put a 50mm body lift in and could run 33x12.5x15 boggers on ROH 15x8 steel rims with no major dramas.

tried some 15' sunnys today and when i turned the rims they had like a scraping sound, couldnt see where it was scraping but think could of been brakes or something, any ideas? they were rims with no tyres so couldnt drive to see where they scraped the rims.-will a different offset not scrape my brakes-or wherever it was rubbing?

was told the 7.50r16's measure a true 32" in height and will fit my stock rims. would cheese cutters be any good for rock?

what offset where the rims.. you need cruiser offset or -25 i belive to run a 15 on a patrol
