bleeding full hydro system

Ok just fitting full hydro to buggy how do you bleed the system do you pre fill the ram or what any info would be great.

Jack up the steering axle(s), fill power steer resovoir, start motor, then go lock to lock quickly until it all bleeds up.

don't start the motor untill you have turned it L-R a few times first!!
An orbital valve is basically a pump, so turning it l-r first will at least start to push oil into the ram and prime the system.
