RB30 dual fuel problem

Post by dansharp »

Hi occasionally my rb30 patrol when driving on gas just wont rev through a certain rev range normally like 2000-2500rpm. It is almost like the gas has been blocked or something like that. It only does this every now and then (3 or so times a week).
Any help would be greatly appreciated cheers

not very likley its the lockoffs with what your saying, can you confirm that it only does it on gas...does it do it on petrol ever? there's a couple of things it could be but first need to know if its gas only or on both!

Only had it happen to me on gas. Been doing a bit of petrol driving just to check it and it hasn't done it.
Cheers

i say filters cos they are generally the first thing to go. U should have one hanging off the side of ur converter. Pull the alloy bowl off and the filter is in there
