WTB cheap 24v winch where to get?

I am wanting to buy a 24v elec winch over 8000lbs to suit my tow truck, where can i get a cheap one?
Patrol MQ-GQ 2" body lifts $140 SWB, $160 LWB

I was more thinking of a cheap new chinese one for around $500 to $700. I dont plan to use it that much so that would do just fine.
