Need a Feroza power steer pump Melbourne urgently...

Post by Goatse.AJ »

Anybody in Melbourne happen to have a spare Power Steering pump they're willing to part with? Or know where I can get one this weekend?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I had a spare, but when I went to fit it, found all the brackets and bolt patterns are different = no go

Why not just overhaul the power steering ? There are repair kits
available and in most probability replacing the o rings and diaprahm
will make it work like brand new. :)

Yeah, I've considered pulling the "new" one apart and doing just that with the bits from it, but the issue is time/money/convenience....

Ok, so Applause pump and brackets are quite different    I have a couple of Applause pumps and all the brackets, but the standard Feroza belt is too long if I o that route. Has anybody fitted an Applause pump and found a suitable belt???

Standard Applause setup is very different and the belt just won't do the job.
